Summary
A contribution to the Lepidoptera fauna of the nature reserve and fauna-flora habitat area
“Pinnower Läuche und Tauersche Eichen” in the district Spree-Neiße/Brandenburg (Lepidoptera)
The subprotection process and the natural space equipment of the “Pinnower Läuche und Tauersche
Eichen” are outlined. The classification into the European Natura 2000 system will be given and the
Fauna-Flora-Habitat living spaces will be described. Since 1988, the author has examinated the
Lepidoptera fauna using various observation methods. In total, as the result of almost 140
excursions in the area 460 “Macrolepidoptera” and 161 “Microlepidoptera” species (sensu SEITZ)
have been noticed, altogether 621 species, including 88 red list species of Brandenburg. Ochromolopis ictella
(HÜBNER, 1813) is recorded for the first time in Brandenburg. Especially
noteworthy are the records of Coleophora ledi STAINTON, 1860, Phiaris turfosana (HERRICH-SCHÄFFER,
1851), Pammene germmana (HÜBNER, 1799), Crambus alienellus (GERMAR & KAULFUSS, 1817) (category 0),
Argyroploce lediana (LINNAEUS, 1758), Plebejus optilete (KNOCH, 1781), Acronicta menyanthidis
(ESPER, 1789), Lithophane lamda (FABRICIUS, 1787) and Coranarta cordigera
(THUNBERG, 1788) (category 1), Acanthopsyche atra (LINNAEUS, 1767), Celypha woodiana (BARRETT, 1882),
Rhopobota myrtillana (HUMPHREY & WESTWOOD, 1845), Buckleria paludum (ZELLER, 1839), Crambus uliginosellus
ZELLER, 1850, Argynnis aglaia (LINNAEUS, 1758), Coenonympha tullia (MÜLLER, 1764), Coenonympha arcania
(LINNAEUS, 1761), Scopula corrivalaria (KRETSCHMAR, 1862), Lythria purpuraria (LINNAEUS, 1758), Minucia lunaris
(DENIS & SCHIFFERMÜLLER, 1775), Cucullia scrophulariae (DENIS & SCHIFFERMÜLLER, 1775), Aporophyla nigra
(HAWORTH, 1809), Luperina nickerlii (FREYER, 1845), Violaphotia molothina (ESPER, 1789),
Xestia castanea (ESPER, 1798), Dicallomera fascelina (LINNAEUS, 1758), Eilema sororcula
(HUFNAGEL, 1766), Epatolmis luctifera (DENIS & SCHIFFERMÜLLER, 1775) (category 2), Aedia funesta
(ESPER, 1786) and Xestia ditrapezium (DENIS & SCHIFFERMÜLLER, 1775) (category R). The records of 141 species
of the area, including species of red list, are discussed and theire distribution
in the region and the country Brandenburg, especially Eastern Brandenburg is outlined. Epatolmis luctifera
(DENIS & SCHIFFERMÜLLER, 1775) is reported for the first time for "Lubuskie" voivodeship in Poland.
